What is the principle of hydraulic bearings?

The bearing of the fan can be described as the "heart" of the radiator. At present, the more common ones are hydraulic (oil-containing) bearings, single ball bearings and double ball bearings.
The hydraulic fan mainly contains oil in the inner layer, which belongs to sliding friction. Once the oil is consumed, the heat dissipation effect is extremely poor, the speed is significantly reduced, and there is noise. This kind of fan has a relatively short life span, which is proportional to its low price. However, the new generation of hydraulic bearings has greatly improved the service life through self-filling technology, which can basically reach more than 30,000 hours, which can already meet the needs of most applications. Radiators less than one hundred yuan usually use this kind of bearing.
The ball fan has one or two ball bearings in the inner layer, which belongs to rolling friction. This design has a small friction coefficient and a relatively high speed, which can bring better heat dissipation effects. In addition, the loss is small, the life is longer, and there are often products with a life of 150,000 hours. Of course, the price is higher, and the noise is not as good as hydraulic bearings. Radiators above one hundred yuan usually use this kind of bearing.
The oil-containing bearings used in low-end products are made of porous metal materials, which can absorb and conserve lubricating oil and reduce wear. The cost of this process is low, and the maximum life span is about 30,000 hours. After the service life has passed, the noise of the bearing will increase and the speed of the fan will slow down as the dust and oil volatilize. The single ball bearing consists of a ball bearing and an oil-impregnated bearing. This technology is mature, and the difficulty lies in ensuring that the two bearings are coaxial. The fan life is generally more than 40,000 hours. Due to its better noise control and heat dissipation efficiency, this type of bearing has always occupied an absolute advantage in the radiator market. The double ball bearing has increased the product life to 150,000 hours. And with the running-in of the ball and the bearing, the louder noise at the first use will gradually decrease, showing its excellent heat dissipation performance.
